In the class Katie goes over her 5 pillars to better health, and teaches you how to adapt them to best suit your body. At the end of your course, you will receive a FREE discovery session with Katie to help you fine tune your health plan.
My name is Katie Palmer and I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Herbalist, and Live Cell Analyst.
I have a passion for helping people, like yourself, obtain their optimal health. Using functional lab tests, I help people get to the bottom of their health concerns and restore their health naturally.
I used to be the poster child for fatigue, hormone imbalances, inflammation, anxiety, digestive issues, you name it, I had it. It set me on a path to understand the root causes for these life-disrupting symptoms, and how to get rid of them naturally. What I learned dramatically changed my life. Within a few months, I had my energy back, my moods were more balanced, and I could function like a normal, healthy young woman again.

I have a busy schedule, how will I work this course in?
Body Balance class is not restricted to certain times or time zones. Upon purchasing the class you receive a link to the course that you can watch at any time. You can even pause, or stop the course and come back at any time. You will be able to watch the course over and over again.
What if I need further support after the course?
After you have completed your course and your “My Health Plan” document. You will have the opportunity to meet with Katie one on one. She offers many options to have her as your own personal health mentor.
I do not live in the same town as Katie, how will we have our follow up session?
Your one on one follow up session with Katie will be done either via phone or video chat. You do not have to travel to Katie for this appointment. In fact, Katie is able to work with clients anywhere in the U.S. from the comfort of their own home.
