Matrescence Method
Suggested Labs
Below are lab options for women ready to understand more about the health symptoms that often arise with the transitions that happen after childbirth. If you do not have recent lab results, I suggest ordering one or both of the labs below. If you would like help deciphering which labs are best suited for your specific health concerns I'm happy to help you process that information during our initial session of the Matrescence Method.

Labcorp Bood Draw
This set of lab would be very similar to regular lab work done during an annual exam at your primary care physician's office. I have added on a few markers that I believe to be important for women, that are often not included in typical lab work.
This is not a full hormone panel (see below).
If you already have blood work from your PCP, you do not need to order this complete set of labs. I am happy to discuss if any individual markers might be beneficial to test during our initial consultation.

DUTCH Complete
At Home Urine Hormone Panel
The DUTCH Complete is a premier hormone test, offering a comprehensive analysis of sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, dhea), stress hormones (cortisol- and circadian rhythm pattern) , and their metabolites. It also includes markers for nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut health, melatonin, and more.
