New Year, New You?

2019 is here, and it seems everywhere I go I see the slogan "New Year, New You". I am a big supporter of doing what we can to live healthier, happier lives. I believe that there are usually practical steps we can take to help us improve our situation, mood, or at least, our outlook on life. This is my job after all, to promote change.

However, I'm not a huge fan of the saying, "New Year, New You', and when I saw this quote it really spoke to me.

I think there is so much to say about learning to appreciate and love ourselves.

One of the most common things I hear from clients is "I just don't feel like myself". This always makes me sad, because I've been there before. Our health can contribute to so much joy and productivity, and in turn poor health can often take away the energy or motivation to live life fully. I want to help you restore your health naturally, so that you can feel great, not so that you can be a new, better, or different person, but so that you can feel like YOURSELF again.

If you feel inspired to use the new year to make some lifestyle changes to improve your health, I can not wait to be a part of that with you! My office offers multiple services that can help you obtain your health goals. I offer Nutritional Blood Analysis, consults and testing for balancing hormones, nutritional counseling, and we also now have an amazing ionic foot detox to help cleanse old toxins.

My wish for you this New Year, however, is this:

  • Remind yourself of one thing that you love about the you that has gotten you here today.

  • Make a list of the things you do NOT want to change about yourself.

  • And if you find that your health is keeping you from being YOU, from feeling like yourself, let's work on the steps to get you back to where you want to be.

Happy New Year to the You You've Always Been!

Grace and Peace,

Katie
